Skaters weight i weigh 290, wanna skate for cardio and weight lost. Is these good for heavier people?

I would say yes, definitely. I was 230 when I bought these and they worked fine for me. The casing is aluminum or metal and not plastic.

I wear 7 shoes size. What size should I get in these skates?

I wear size 9.5-10 shoes normally. Some shoes I can do 9s at a perfect/tight fit. I order 10s and they were so tight my feet were cramping.

Is the weight limit of 190lbs really significant to the functionality of these skates? I'm about 250 lbs but have never heard of weight limits.
