cracked and crumbled after 3 fires
after curing longer than required I installed this as a fireguard in a fireplace after 3 fires 7pm to 11 pm a crack split the panel into 2 pieces 2 fires later a 4 inch section crumbled and I am out $100 so I know I will not get anywhere with the manufacture and would need to send it back to amazon in a baggie so a good review is not possible ---I would not purchase this product WELL I WAS WRONG --NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER OR I KNOW WHY I HAD AN ISSUE HOWEVER THE MANUFACTURER CONTACTED ME AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT -- MANY THANKS TO LYNN MANUFACTURING --SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND G

Baffle plate
Customer service from this sell is better than most. Would definitely rate the sell as a 5+. Seller said they had a bad batch around the time i purchased the product. It Arrived on time and had a fair price point. Installed late in the heating season. Stove was in a garage so only used once or twice a week. Baffle plate totally burned away. After contacting the seller I had a replacement in a few days. Have to see how this one holds up.
