Our warehouse bought three of these pallet jacks. We were only in the market for one maybe two, but with the discounted price for three we decided to get them all. I never fear losing my money with an Amazon purchase, I know they will back up anything I buy. We are very pleased with the pallet jacks, they look and work as described. They lift and glide across the floor with ease. Two thumbs up!

The forks are too long and do not fit properly under a pallet

Product was used to move a 400 pound comoressor on a pallet to the pod storage.Assembly was straight forward and took 15min!

The unit needs assembly and we were unable to . I purchase a new pallet jack about every five years and this is the first one that came requiring the tiller arm to be attached instead of the pallet jack being shipped in one piece.Since my initial review I would add that their customer service was very prompt and with some filing we got the new part to fit. It is working well now!
