Bit pricey
Had to use quite a lot to get a good colour so its pricey to use

Gives you pink and not red
We baked a cake and wanted the white chocolate to turn red as the cake was heart shaped. Ended up using the whole quantity from one tube for the ganache (approx. 300ml) and all we got was a pink heart....

Colour
Its shouldn't be named red , it should call pink , this colour ruins my anniversary cake , I wanted to get red colour flowers on my cake but all I could get with this is PINK .Very disappointed 😔
