SD UHS-II Dual-Slot Memory Card Reader by ProGrade Digital | USB 3.2 Gen 2 for Professional Filmmakers, Photographers & Content Creators

A very solidly built and very fast at downloading images from SD cards to my MacBook. I also store data files on SD cards and with the reader having dual SD slots copying files from one card to another is very quick and convenient. Some complain about the length of the cable supplied with the reader, for me the length is perfect. An all round excellent purchase.

I read various reviews on the product before purchasing and have to agree that it's excellent.

Only time will tell but these seeems a really good card reader. It feels really well buit, has magnetic base so can side on a side or top of a pc. Transfers files really well and can be used with USB-C

I use this to import photographs from a sports event and having changed cameras, they now both use SD cards. I needed to have a reader with two SD ports. This was the better option but the cost was fairly prohibitive. After reading reviews for others, I bit the bullet and went for this one. It is very quick importing quite large RAW (photo) files into my laptop. It also comes with a steel strip which will affix the reader to a laptop case or lid. I'm not 100% sure about the magnetic field affecting the hard drive in the laptop so haven't fitted it. The cable is short but absolutely fine for my needs. Recommended. I paid full price for this and have had no reward by any Company for writing it.

Just returned second one with same fault: after a few months, the bottom/left slot stops writing to cards, it recognises the card as write-protected. I use both slots regularly ( 2 cameras) but its the bottom slot which packs in.

I highly recommend, a very fast card reader. You have to pay attention to what cable you attach, the original cable is very good but a little short, I connected a reader with a longer cable from another company and the speed has decreased immediately. I found another cable that works like the original

Un lecteur pour transférer ses photos à la vitesse de l'éclair. Un gros volume de photos ne sera plus un calvaire grâce à ce lecteur. En plus il est joli. Dommage que le câble soit si court. Les cartes rentre facilement dans les fentes même dans le noir. Je suis très content de mon achat.

Bardzo porządnie wykonany. Ma magnetyczną podstawę, którą bez problemu da się przymocować do metalowej obudowy komputera. W zestawie jest też metalowa płytka z taśmą samoprzylepną — przydatna, jeśli chcesz zamocować go np. do biurka. Ważne: najlepiej działa z dołączonym, oryginalnym kablem USB. Z innymi zdarzają się problemy z transferem lub stabilnością. Na karcie UHS-II osiągam stabilne prędkości kopiowania w zakresie 200–240 MB/s. Przy dwóch kartach jednocześnie — bez zauważalnych spadków.

I own numerous card readers but the PROGRADE DUAL SD CARD READER, holy moly, it’s fast. I love everything about it. The nifty thing is the magnetic base plate. Sticks perfectly to my pc case. I downloaded a card with 25GB data directly onto my NAS in less than 110 seconds. Highly recommend this card reader to anyone who loves to get the maximum speed and efficiency into their workflow.

Ben costruito, dalle prestazioni di scambio dati elevate ed adeguato alle migliori sd UHS-II; il prezzo è importante e il fatto che abbia la base magnetica, seppur a volte utile, non giustifica l'esborso; ma se la necessità è di operare in contemporanea con due SD UHS-II, è quello che fa veramente bene ed il prezzo diviene giustificato. Comunque un ottimo accessorio!!!
