The taste is a good has a strong tangy taste. I felt like I had more energy afterwards.

This tastes terrible. The flavor was harsh and took a while to get that taste out of my mouth.

Flavor is not the best. But if you plug your nose and drink it fast, it does what it’s supposed to do and boost your ketones. But I wish it was better tasting.

I like the flavor of this product, it tastes tropical.🌴 I make mini shakes so I am not strapped to a large shake and if I have to take it with me I don't have fret about if it spills, I have it in a small contained-containor;🍶 I finish all of it and it doesn't take me all day. As for thickness it depends on what you mix it with, if you use milk, almond milk, coconut milk or water determines the thickness of your shakes. But that is up to you, you decide how you want to drink your keto. You can even put it in your tea or your coffee. 🍵☕ It is your choice.Also the small 2.47 oz container is easy enough to put into my bag to take with me and mix later if I am running late. Another big thing for me is it is dairy free, I am lactose intolerant and so many foods contain dairy that are not good for my body. (I won't explain) as well as gluten free, and being Dr tested.This size container is important and I hope Amazon continues to sell this size because I can determine my need by cost as well as by size of container.

So far so good. Products mixes well and taste pretty good. Ive been mixing it into my low carb protein shakes. I definitely feel like I have more steady energy when I take this.

Rarely that I like the taste of dietary supplement, but for this product it taste great and it works great. Been taking it for almost a week, and I lost 3lb already. For the price, it have better result than others brands that can cost 2-3x more.
