Volkman Western Dove and Quail Wildbird Mix 4lb

I found a baby Dove in the middle of my yard, nowhere near trees. It’s now 3 years old and fully domesticated. I was buying Dove food from Pet Smart. I had to put a barrier around his food dish because he’d pick through and toss out the stuff he didn’t like. PSmart was out of stock so I ordered this stuff. He loves it! No longer picking through it! It’s a 5 star review for me!!

Awesome product!!!! My City’s wild Mourning Doves love this food. I mix it with Kaytee brand’s dove seed mix and millets....they come craving this food at least 3x/day....I find bird watching extremely relaxing during this time of Pandemic/2020. I’d buy it again when they finish the entire bag....And as promised: I just bought a second bag because my City’s Mourning Doves chowed the whole first bag down!

update: I go to re order this. It is now double the price it was when I bought it a month ago. I call that price gouging. It was already higher at $10 than any pet store. Not ok. rating now 1 star.This is my favorite brand of bird seeds to feed the birds on my balcony. I read that the squirrels don't like safflower seeds and my apartment manager was mad about the squirrels coming so it's helped a lot to not have them come.

This is a very fresh seed mix, made up of quality seeds - the smell tells you all! This is the third item made by Volkman that I have purchased, and all have been excellent. My rescue homing pigeon LOVES these seeds.

Perfect size bag for my pet quail snack bucket... they love it!!

This dove food was actually sent from the seller by priority mail which was a huge surprise. Good quality food and the doves come to eat it.
