One of the best products I've found to reduce inflammation and reduce muscle/bone pain. I'm on my fifth bottle and can definitely tell when I skip a day. Was very skeptical of the product but was worth a try. Several family members have used it with amazing results. Highly recommend this product! I'd recommend building up to the recommended dosage in case of an allergic reaction.

I bought this to help with my knee since I broke my kneecap in December. It did help, but I noticed that my blood pressure was higher. I found out that 2 of the herbs included can raise blood pressure, so be cautious if you have elevated blood pressure.

Never have been much of a believer in all natural products like this, but I was amazed in the difference it makes in my joints. I was taking 800mg of ibuprofen a day for joint pain, but since starting with this product, I have not taken any other medication. Great stuff.
