Nice product, love the macro lens.

I was misled to believe and buy this overpriced waste.About 60% of the frame is blurred away (30% on each sides) and the sharpness and focus is just in the center. (See the sample picture. I have taken it from a video, shot with this lens on).Every reviewer shows a picture/video of “with and without the lens”, but the fact is that they are doing this on already “zoomed in” pic/video, so that we do not see the blurred parts. They just do not show us the zooming part..and when I say blur, I’m not talking about the nice background blur/bokeh like the one’s you get with DSLRs…the left and right sides of your frame has a cheap looking blur and only the center part is in focus.Some reviews say that this issue goes away in video mode and also if you use a lens mounting case…well, it does not…!!!I have tried this lens with a lens clip as well as the lens mounting case, but the problem still exists. The only way to get rid of this, is to shoot in 4K and use the digital zoom on your camera or to crop the image/footage in post to remove the blurred parts…but both these methods will cause huge loss in resolution. ie, 4K resolution will get reduced to less than 1080p resolution…!!! To be frank, something in between 720p and 1080p.Don’t believe the reviews…people who were tricked into buying this will not admit it due to the embarrassment and will just leave with a comment like “Good product”, “Nice” etc.And those giving 5 star rating with high regards are just biased/paid reviews.Don’t believe the Youtube reviews as well…there is an as shole who is like “specialised” in giving fake reviews of this ape xel products.Also, all the youtube reviews say that this lens will give a nice background blur/bokeh and depth of field…and they show an example footage of the bokeh effect by shooting an object too close to the camera.Come on…you can get bokeh/background blur on any phone camera if you shoot nearby/close objects. You don’t need an extra lens for that. (try shooting a close-up of a coffee mug against a deep background in the frame)Overall, a below average, overpriced product.

It is not compatible with OnePlus 6t. The quality is good in front camera but back camera the clip is too small. It won't get till the camera.I tried without putting the clips, the pics were good both in macro and wide angle.

See attached guide image for the actual zoom level.I guess the idea was to factor in the slight additional crop to remove the dark corners. On my POCO F3 which is 25.5mm eq. (wider focal lengths will have more darkening) and I'm using modded case with the back panel removed so the lens can sit as close to the main camera (and better image quality), there still some minor corner darkening when taking full width image (4:3). Nothing major.More significant is the lack of flare resistance which might be due to lack of coating on the glass which appears clear instead the tinted look of a coated lens.Weight of the lens itself is about 60g which is less than Ulanzi (and other brands) 65mm which weighs 70g. This is good for gimbals and less stress on the mount.Also MUCH better mounting clip than Ulanzi.Sharpness good, bokeh ok!

The Macro lens works great with zoom supported in Vivo x80, the CPL lens is great clarity on top of Vivo x80 Zeiss. The Fisheye lens is fun. The telephoto and wide angle lens are not useful with Vivo x80.

Good product .... very nice photos quality

The lens are great, with great quality and sturdy structure.I have Samsung Note 9 whose cameras are in the middle. The clip doesnt reach exactly on lens.If your camera are to the sides (corners) then its perfect. I tested with different phone and the picture quality is great.The wide and shots are little blurred on the edges but for this cost these are way better than you can expect!WISH THEY COULD MAKE THE CLIP LONGER!

The MACRO lens exceeds my expectations (I didn't buy it for, nor test the wide angle).A few reviewers claimed that this lens did nothing. I think some may have made the innocent mistake of using the lens right out of the box, not realizing that the two lens are screwed together when shipped. The two lenses, the wide and macro, nearly cancel each other out if used together. It's not obvious that it's two lenses. But if you separate them, they work nice.I used the MACRO lens with a Motorola G Power and was able to achieve 26.4X (power) magnification. I know it's advertised at 12.5X, but I was able to enlarge a target (salt crystals see upload) that was 1.25 inches across to 33 inches across (English measure more suitable here). And clear and reasonably sharp.

really love this for my audition tapes and for zoom calls. tightens my frame to just my head and shoulders and really has a nice filmic quality to it. really simple to use. have recommended it to my friends as well who also are big fans.

As I use it for video chats only and as of yet no photos and no trips out as consider at re Covid as yet.even now

I’m a beauty influencer. I bought this to use the macro lense for a closed up picture of before and after makeup. I love it. It works and price is so reasonable...good value. I wish it came in a better packaging with more solid box.
