Feels a bit cheap but sure works great
Not knocking down a star just for the feel of the thing so long as it works well, and it sure does. Haven't tried the USB port but it feels like it charges about as fast as an OEM charger. Five stars and two thumbs up for saving me $50 over getting a new OEM charger.

In a world run by apple, this has been a lifesaver
I am a huge advocate for apple products. My wife's ipad is incredible, and I've sworn by apple's iPhone ever since I bought the iPhone 4 seven years ago. But when it comes to computers, I haven't made the switch. Not because of anything on apple's behalf, but I've only ever used windows computers so I am quite familiar with them. Be that as it may, they are not known for their durability when it comes to hardware. I have an hp Pavilion 14-B109, and though this is a great computer that has served it's purpose for the last 6 years, I have gone through 4 replacement batteries, and 6 replacement chargers. This one has served me well, however. I haven't had issues with the charging and it charges faster without running hot as past chargers have. Their customer service department has been more than willing to help with any issue despite me not encountering any, and I am confident that level of attentiveness will remain months from now. This charger is by and large the best bang for your buck and I highly recommend it!

Fits perfectly!
I bought this charger because I actually went to Walmart first and bought one of those universal chargers. Well it did not have the tip for my Hp. (Not very universal) Then I went to Geek squad and there charger did not work either. But before I paid $100 to get the information off the computer, he suggested to order one off Amazon. I am so happy I did! Fast delivery and as soon as I put the charger in the computer the light lit up to let me know the computer was charging. Definitely worth the purchase instead of paying $100.

Does exactly what i bought it for
Bought a second charger to keep at the workplace for convenience. Was exactly what I needed and works exactly like the original! It feels a bit lighter and feels slightly different material wise, but it still does what it was made for.

Poor build quality. Will crumble.
The charger is compatible with the surface 4 laptop, but the build quality is very poor. The assembly that connects to the laptop disintegrates over time, causing the housing to fracture and chip away. I've had three of these things disintegrate on me before I realized that I've been wasting my money.
