My favorite, must have hairspray. Live the fragrance most of all.

The spray is fine—light, non sticky, etc.,—and I liked it just fine BUT I only used about 15% of the can before the spray mechanism stopped working. I’m noticing at least one other review that said the same thing. Really annoying to spend so much and have to just throw it away. I’ll also mention that it may be “unscented” in the sense that there’s no added perfume, but it definitely has an alcohol / chemical smell at first. That more or less goes away after a bit, though.

I love the air control hair spray but the last two cans I got quite spraying so now I have two cans 1/2 full I can not use. But the hair spray is really good but I think I should be reimbursed with a can or two of new air control hairspray for my inconvenience.

I like this hairspray a lot. It has a pleasant, mild scent and its holds is very strong without visible stiffness or texture stickiness. However, Aveda has been overpricing this product for many years (i.e., well before inflation), and at its current price point, it is no longer worth the purchase when so many other sprays can do the same thing. Adding insult to injury: countless customers have been complaining about the non-functional stickiness magnet that is their spray button for well over a decade (in my case, since 2012), and Aveda has NEVER bothered to fix it. You would think if Aveda is going to charge an exorbitant price for this hairspray and continue to mark it up year after year, they’d at least listen to customer feedback and fix their defective sprayer. In any case, the continual, never-ending price increase of this product—along with the ongoing tone deafness of Aveda to customer concerns about an obvious product defect—finally have reached the tipping point, at least for me. I’ll be looking at other hair care options.

Product might be fine but I am so ticked off that the aerosol can STOPPED SPRAYING and thr product is useless. I want my money back.
