Beautiful music!
Such a lovely cd! Gentle background music which the residents in the care home I work in absolutely love. Such a talented pianist with sensitive arrangements and a great choice of songs. Highly recommended!!

OK if you play it quietly
It is pleasant enough for quiet, unobtrusive background music but not really well enough engineered for critical listening. His playing is fine but the piano is neither up close and detailed nor placed in a pleasant natural acoustic. I am not sure what they have done but it really is not impressive.To make matters worse, the backing musicians are somehow unrelentingly bland as if they are under strict instructions not to outshine Richard. Perhaps that is intentional so that it remains unobtrusive background music. The other musicians often seem somehow separate from the piano. Occasionally they all seem to be playing together in the same acoustic but often it sounds like they recorded separately and in a different location.I would rather have just had Richard and the piano, recorded more carefully, and done without the bland backing.

Diese 3 CDs sind sofort zu meinen Lieblings CDs emporgestiegen. Wunderschöne harmonische Musik, die man immer und immer wieder hören mag. Bekannte und unbekannte Melodien herrlich romantisch gespielt von Richard Clayderman. Sehr empfehlenswert.
