Small but Mighty
I bought this for my outdoor patio to warm our feet. It does a great job of that. I have it sitting on the floor alongside the table. If you need localized heat in a small area, say a12'x12' room maximum, this will heat it very nicely.Pros: The fan-forced air is hot on high! The housing is sturdy, mostly metal. The cord is long enough for most situations. It's a good, small area heater. Best used under a workbench, on a table top, in a small storage room, in the bathroom, small plant room or greenhouse, blowing toward your favorite chair to take the chill out of the immediate environs, etc. It throws out mucho heat for that kind of useCons: There is no tilt capability. The finger bolts only attach it to the frame. The heater is very small, about 6" in the housing. The ceramic element is only a 3"×3" square. This is not a good choice for a large room especially with a high ceiling a garage. It's simply too small.

Fantastic!! 10 Stars!
ADDENDUM, Nov. 2024: Admittedly, I did not take care of this little heater. I left it out on the porch all through summer and it collected a fair amount of grime. It appears I have to buy a new one to get through another winter -- it is not putting out even half of the heat & fan power as last year. Is it my fault or just the life of the heater? I don't know. But at Black Friday prices, if I have to buy a new one every year, that's not so bad. I will take better care of the new one and let you know!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I couldn't afford much, but needed to find a space heater for my front porch for 3 feral cats I care for. The front porch is mostly enclosed, but not insulated and I have to keep the door open enough to let the cats in and out. I live in Colorado, so it's FREEZING in winter! I was worry so much about them. I searched Amazon for an OUTDOOR space heater, small (and affordable). Finally found this one! It had some decent reviews, and it was for OUTDOORS! Yay. Well, tell you what... this little heater has been FANTASTIC! It has worked like a champ all winter long, no matter how cold it got outside, this heater stayed on! It kept the porch nice enough that the cats loved it and stayed on the porch instead of disappearing to who knows where. And it never overheated or turned itself off! It worked fabulously.Details that might help someone: my porch is 6x13 ft. not insulated at all. We're talking about windows that leak, cracks around the doorframe. AND I have to leave the door open enough for cats to get in and out, but to help hold heat in, I used my staple-gun and tacked a shower curtain over the top of the door to hold in heat, and packing tape on the sides to hold the edges down. This heater worked great all winter!! Every day or two I have to wipe cat hair off the back where air gets sucked through. Never overheated--never turned itself off! I'll let you know if it lasts through next winter too! I highly recommend this little heater.

Great little heater
This turned out to be just perfect in what I needed at my workplace. I check in cars at a valet garage and I sit out in the open air garage and it gets quite cold in the winter time. We've had some pretty cool days so far and I tested it out and it fits just perfect on my little shelf and the heat is great and it makes it much more bearable to be out there sitting and waiting for the next car to come in. Everyone's taking advantage of putting their hands in front of it and warming up their fingers. So I have no complaints at all. It has a fan or a low heat or a higher Heat and a dial range to adjust those. It does not have much of a tilt to it to go forward down lower or to tilt it upward a little bit more so if I want to change it to not be hitting me in the face as much, I do have to add just a little bit of something underneath the back leg so It'll point down right off my face then. But that's easy to do. I have no complaints really about it. It was worth the money.

And okay heater for the money
The heater doesn't put out the amount of heat that the description lead you to think it will. It's an okay heater for a small room that you need to take the chill off of but I would not depend on it to keep anything from freezing in very cold weather. My best advice for any heater need is to read the description and be sure you comprehend what it is telling you. Also do not go by the photos because they are pretty much all taken to make the product look larger than it is.This will be okay in the winter time in a regular house with normal insulation for use in a bathroom as supplemental heat when you're taking a shower, or in a small TV room that you need just a little touch extra heat but not for an extended amount of time.Good luck stay well, and God bless.

Great little heater!
We purchased this heater after our expensive one went out during the winter to help keep the garage warm. It has not disappointed us as it did Keep Us warm.

Out with the old In with this lil powerhouse
Ok folks, Ima tell ya right now. Throw out your old or newer ceramic heater and replace It with this little fellow. The thermostat actually responds accordingly. It actually keeps the temperature In the room very good. It Is pretty small but works 5x better than the old metal ceramic heater and the newer tower ceramic heater. Ladies, In this case, size does NOT matter. It does what no other ceramic heater back In the day could not achieve, and It does It perfectly well.PS. I just bought two moreUPDATE: Fan noise is above normal level, but I still like It.

Short life
Worked well when you first get it but soon after return window the heater has become very noise like it has loose parts or such no longer useable. I bought other brands that were less expensive and still work just fine skipping this a good option. Sucks I got two of them

It's okay
It is a nice little heater, small bedroom or area, however it will not heat a garage or basement. It says 1500 watts. I don't believe it. I have a few space heaters that are actually 1500 watts and they really heat up an area. It's built solid, but definitely not for 250 square feet as stated.
