Not enough BCAAs in this product!!
Let's look at the nutritional value, has about 66 calories per serve, 6 grams of sugar and only 1.75 grams of leucine and 0.875 grams of isoleucine and valine. To start muscle recovery, atleast 2-2.5 grams of leucine is required. 2 servings of this has same calories as 1 serve of whey protein!
