I use these for cleaning houses. I am constantly up and down and getting on my hands and knees to clean floors, toilets, shower floors, lower cabinets etc. They are easy and fast to put on and they stay put. I can walk around in them and hardly notice they are there. I can clean for hours and not have sore knees. They are fantastic.

If you work a job that required being on your knees I guess it's okay I bought it for general use around the house and I found a pad by Milwaukee tools that works better for what I need it for. Gave it away to my daughter's boyfriend to use on his job.

I had a cheap pair of foam knee pads from A home improvement store which needed replacing. These looked like they would be an improvement, but after about 4 hours of use my knees were extremely uncomfortable. I never experienced the same discomfort with the foam knee pads. My knees felt unstable on the thick gel in the pads and tended to roll a bit. They also have to constantly be readjusted. I have fairly large quads so that could explain the need for constant readjustment. Save yourself some money and buy the cheap foam pads. They do the job.

I use knee pads for planting in my garden. They easier to use than a kneeler because I can move around on them. With a kneeler pad you have to move the pad around without your weight on it, that means standing up or scooting off it in the dirt.

I use these to protect my knees while I am driving my farm utility vehicles with all the bouncing around my knees were banging and scraping the dashboard causing cuts and bruises these really save the day for me

Comfortable on the knees BUT the two straps on each pad begin to dig into the back of your legs (at least when wearing shorts). Very easy to take on and off with the clips but after 15-20 minutes of wearing these while wearing shorts, I had to take them off.
