This so far has been a great ladder to have around the house. Very handy!

I bought a ladder stabilizer to attach to the top so I can lean it on the roof instead of the gutters while cleaning. The stabilizer is almost necessary since this isn't your regular A frame ladder.After cleaning gutters, I had little bits of asphalt shingle stuck to the ladder pistons. You need to fully hose off then lubricate the pistons or you will seize them up and the ladder will not collapse properly! Repeat, this ladder requires you to clean it before closing. And lubrication albeit not required is highly recommended.With that said, the feet are rubber and seem quite stable/grippy. It did not slide or move the whole time I was working on the many home's gutters I've cleaned. It's clearly designed to be used closer to a 90* angle than a 45, but with that said, I'm 6' tall, 185lbs and it cause a little bowing with a 70* angle. I understand that's pushing the weight limit for thing but still, your ladder flexing does not instill confidence when you're up it regardless of being under the work load limit. It also tells you to make sure you fingers are clear of the rubber bumper dividers so you don't smash them. But if you have large hands/fingers in general like me then don't have ANY part of your hand in the area while collapsing it. It didn't crush my hand because of the rubber guards, but it hit the top of my hand and scared the crap out of me, lol. It more hurt my pride than anything.It's done it's job this summer/fall and helped me clean probably 1000's of feet of gutters in my town. Next year I will be buying a 30' extension ladder with a higher work weight. Will it be as convenient? No. Will I "feel" safer? Yes.I would say this is good for the average homeowner for basic use. Which is exactly it's new purpose now for me. It is retired from the commercial scene because it's just lacking in a few areas. Conventional ladders clearly don't flex or need to be cleaned to close them up. But convenience and storage space-wise? 100% spot on.Your mileage with this product may vary.

While it was handy to transport, I got exactly one use out of this ladder before the lower rung broke while I was on it. After taking a look at what was holding the lower rung together (not much) i decided against climbing up the rest of the way, boxed it back up and returned it. Looking for a higher quality replacement now.

Great space saver

This is a great ladder. Easy to use, and easy to carry. My only complaint is when I close it up it’s hard to use both hands to do so while trying to make sure fingers don’t get pinched.
