Yes…here is your flexibility foot exercise ball!
This is what my husband’s exercise trainer suggested to help increase flexibility in his 82 yr old feet by rolling the ball back and forth, either sitting or standing, one foot at a time for 30 seconds daily! He didn’t think it would work, but it is perfect either way! No smell, semi-soft, bright pink color to find easily! His feet feel much better on walks now!

Great For Releasing Tight Muscles
Very helpful to use in PT. Place between wall and your back then move around very slowly. It really reaches in to the right muscles. My PT uses these.

Just As I Remember It
I recently needed to get an exercise ball for hand exercises. It occurred to me that the Pinky I used to have as a child would be perfect for that since it's just the right size, is solid, but has just a bit of give to it. I was thrilled to find that they still make them, so I ordered one.As I expected, it's exactly as I remember it and is bringing back some good memories. It's also perfect for the hand exercises. It fits comfortably in my hand and has just a bit of give to it, which is exactly what's needed for the exercise. It's already made a noticeable difference.It was thoughtful of the seller to include a small super-ball along with the Pinky. Rolling that around between two hands also feels wonderful and it's small enough to fit in a pocket or purse for use throughout the day.

Simple pleasures
I've always wanted one so I just went ahead & bought one. It bounces easily 1.5 times the height you drop/throw it at. It's only slightly diminished by carpet. I haven't tried on grass but it would probably be the same. I did find a very small rubber pool ball included in my package though, which was very strange to me. You do need to stay aware of it, as it will keep bouncing anywhere it wants to, which is often into something fragile.

Fun Childhood Memory
Pinky's are a treasured memory of my childhood. I can remember having one of these rubber balls in my backpack almost every day at school and playing with it constantly whenever I could. The Hi-Bounce versions are the best, durable, bouncy and tough.
