Really disappointed in this. It was supposed to be new but the product came today with the box already opened and the screws covered in rust. Very annoying to have to go through the returns process. Looks like it would have been a convenient product if it wasn’t damaged.

Comes well packaged. Unpacking was nice as you could smell the pleasant odor from the bamboo (no plastic smell here). Nice to have an eco-friendly product in your hand. Doesn’t come with instructions but it is easy to put together just by looking at the photograph on the box. Comes with screws and the screwdriver. Once you figure out where the pieces go, it’s take around 10 minutes to put the shelf together. Very easy. Nice, well-made little table. The rail of the bed is very well protected because of the felt covering the metal parts.

Nice quality bamboo and very sturdy. Easy to assemble, but I would strongly recommend using a real screwdriver rather than the one that is included in the box if you like your hands. Be aware that you will need about an inch of free space inside your bed frame, as the tray hangs over the attaching bracket. This can be a problem and it might not fit if you have a box spring.

When I received the product I had a little issue with the order, (by no fault of the seller), but they replied quickly & resolved the issue right away.The product itself is perfect for my needs. I don't have a nightstand next to my bed, so often my glasses & cell phone (which I use as my alarm) would get lost in the bed covers (or worse, fall off the bed). This sturdy, light-weight shelf keeps both within reach, without having the fear I will roll over them at night or lose them.The product does require minimal assembly. I really appreciated the for-thought of the seller to include a tool to use for the screws. However, I suggest if you have a full-size screwdriver you use that instead for a much easier assembly.

When I go to a retreat there is almost never a bedside table. I wear glasses and also use my cell phone for alarm clock so I want an area for them. This box shelf is going to remedy the problem.Good quality. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. I highly recommend this product.In the picture that is my 8" Kindle Fire set up to watch a movie.And for those of you with a keen eye, it was not attached to the bed when I took the picture. Again highly recommend.

Have always been looking for something like that instead of having to buy a complete side table.Just received it and i am yet to install it. But from the look and feel of it, size looks perfect and the shelf is very sturdy. I like the fact that it is assembled with screws instead of velcro/glue.Will update my review once i assemble it and use it.

Even though the shelf was very sturdy, the openings, where it fits onto the edge of the bed, were not lined up correctly, one had just a little bit more room than the other. This resulted in only one bracket actually fitting onto the bed frame. I rectified it by removing one of the nuts, allowing me to unscrew the bracket just enough so it would fit. It's working fine, I just wish it would have all be inline and I would not have had to modify it.

I was very surprised when this arrived. I thought it would be hard to assemble but went together fast. High quality construction for the price. Good for the IPad. It holds more than it looks. This product was well thought out for use.
