Great As Office Desktop And Works Even For Some 3D Gaming
Installation of Windows 10 was straight forward without any problem with all the latest updates. After also installing Chrome, an additional virus scanner a full size office software and a few other tools, there were still a whopping 85GB of storage free to install other stuff or for further windows updates, which is more than sufficient for my needs as office PC. I've tested the PC also with the official performance test of UserBenchmark and it rated it as Desktop "SpeedBoad" and this was exactly what a felt the whole time, while working on it. Usually I have up to 10 open tabs on my browser open at the same time and browsing up and down the full page is still very fast with no lags visible. I've also tested a few simple 3D games, like a first person shooter (s. image) and it was running quite smooth, so I've been quite competitive against other opponents, but of course it won't work for the latest 3D games. Other quite challenging 3D apps like Google Earth and Google Maps in 3D also no problem and to open a new open office document takes just a few seconds. I've been working on some other mini PC's in the past, but this was the fastes one. Definitely works for me for daily office work.

Size isn't everything
This tiny computer was purchased as a "rainy day" backup if my home PC went out. Eventually it did and I put this into play - it performed just as well as my massive Dell tower, and freed up tons of space on my desk. I'll get another one of these as another backup, because any PC can go at any time - an electrical discharge from static electricity caused my Dell to go - so be prepared and always have a backup. I use this for watching anime youtube, and netflix, etc..and it's every bit as good as my dell, if not better. For the price, it's truly a bargain. I've had it in use for over a month, and it's been fantastic. Speed is very good - no drawbacks at all.

Small, light, compact... setup and go.
Not really dislike; just wish the USB ports were located in the back. That would make for a neater appearance when this box is placed on a desk. But this is cosmetic only; the performance is really worth the money. I will probably purchase another one if this first one continues without any major issues

Nice portable mini PC
I like this PC as it is a portable one that I can slide it in the backpack and carry around. The speed of the PC is fast. My suggestion to those who are interested in the mini PC is that when you set up the PC, you need to pay attention to the options. I first turned on most options Microsoft suggests and the PC installed many apps that are consuming a lot of RAM, which makes it slow. I had to deleted all unnecessary apps, and PC is running very smoothly. I have no issue with running multiple large software simultaneously. If you have a monitor with VGA port like me, then you will need a VGA to HDMI adapter since a HDMI-HDMI port is provided with mini PC. Since VGA does not transfer audio, HDMI does. If you use VGA-HDMI adapter and a headphone jack on mini PC at the same time, you won't hear sound until you change the setup of the sound or volume control options. Overall, it is pretty good mini PC. Once you know how to set up, you will definitely enjoy it.

A disaster
Should be plug and play, right? Not so fast, first you have to call tech support when nothing works. Then you have to take the thing apart and put it back together just to get a screen, then you have to send it back when it won't read a brand new hard drive that you put in. Oh wait, the second one they send won't read at all because the SSD card won't come out with the stripped screw holding it in place for all eternity. The third one... FORGET IT!

Great performance!!
I was very impressed with its performance for its size. I have purchased other mini computers which were not very good at all. I was a little skeptical at first because it has the i3 processor, but once I set it up, it really exceeded my expectations. Multitasking was a breeze with no lags or freezing. Very fast when loading up any page, especially youtube. Also had zero problems streaming with Netflix and Hulu. The work that I do tends to be a lot over the computer and even with using major programs that I have to download gave me zero problems. All in all I would definitely recommend this for anyone who does some light to medium usage.

Good box, need to know what you a doing if using with Linux. It can die on you without any warning.
HAve been trying to boot it from a usb drive or at least into a boot config menu. None seems to work. Will try opeing up and disconnecting the boot ssd , but I think it is going back anyways. The manufacturer has not responded to multiple attempts to contact, their wen site is just an advertising, no support information, no manuals, nothing.Update Nov 13 2019:The vendor has actually responded and provided the information needed to boot the box into a linux kerneI. I ended up using the system for my video camera server project with good experience. I upgraded the rating to 4 stars - I still believe that the vendor should have all the relevant technical information on the website and not force the customer to turn the user experience in to a quest.Update: May 3 2020. Died after about 6 months. No changes - just stopped. The power lights are on but doesn’t even show a bios screen / self test. Just like that. I guess you get what you pay for .. always

SATA header is backwards
If you are looking to add a SATA drive to this mini computer, be warned: the SATA connector is backwards. It is impossible to mount a SATA drive with the parts provided.
