ISDT H605 Air 50W 5A DC 2S-6S Lipo Battery Smart Bluetooth Charger with APP Operation (Black)

OMG THANK YOU ISDT!!!!!!!!!! This charger is really nice for charging single batteries. I like that I can use it without the phone after setting the current. So basically battery comes off of drone plug in push button done. No wheels or clicks! Nice slick interface too that auto updates. I have torture tested this unit and ran 18 4s 1500 lipos through this thing without stopping. It got really warm (in direct sunlight gets hot but keeps chugging away!) in the shade putting a water bottle on it keeps it running cool all day and makes me feel better. The super small form factor is so nice. ISDT PLEASE GET THE WHITE ONE ON AMAZON PLEASE!!!

Decent charger but won’t charge at 5amps, it’s very compact and works well only able to charge at 2.5-3 amps with a 24 volt power supply

I have been into RC aircraft and cars since 2006, I have since many innovations over that 13 years. This is definitely one of them. Small lightweight and powerful enough for small 4s 1500mah batteries charging over 2C. I really like the one touch charging makes charging at the field simple and straight forward. I do recommend comparing voltage with a know good meter or other charger and calibrating this charger to insure safe charging. I have 4 ISDT chargers and using them all the time, it’s amazing to me how small and inexpensive their chargers are compared to what I have bought in the past.

This is the future of chargers. Why spend money placing a large color LCD on the charger when we can read off the phone? Well built and easy to setup and use. Intuitive, and well designed GUI. Compact enough to store in my transmitter case. I use a higher capacity LiPo pack to charge my flight packs. Balancing of LiPo works well. Also able to charge NiMh, Nicad, GelCell (Pb Mode). This is a charger I take to the field. I am able to discharge packs by using it as a “source” to drain from one pack to another. Nice job.

This charger does not balance the lipos properly. It managed to puff my Hyperion 3S HV pack in less than 10 cycles. The puffed cell was at 4.38v - a 100% charge represents here 4.35v.Normal lipos are also being overcharged or not fully charged by .02-.03v. If one cell reaches full charge the loading process can stall for about an hour and can still leave you with a delta V of about .05v. It lacks the capacity to discharge even tiny amounts of energy and hence the ability to balance your cell.Update 05.14.2019Well after the last software update, things went from bad to worse. in a 3S pack with all the voltages within 0.01v of each other the Air managed an error of 0,2V, this tome on the lower end showing more capacity in one of the cells than it actually had. I would rate 0 stars if possible. Go on RCGroups and read a little about ISDT chargers and make an informed purchase.

I want to love this but it stops me. First unit started reading cell 3 (out of 4) incorrectly and wouldn't take adjustments. They'd just save and not show. Talked to support, they sent another one. Second one worked for a week and started to show the same issue. Cell 4 this time was not reading what it actually was, could edit it, but it wouldn't take--save but not take. 3 firmware upgrades haven't solved it and if you don't catch it, it will smoke a battery for those not paying attention.All I can think is something is currently wrong with the build. ISDT usually does quality gear but to have similar back to back issues with something that can burn my house down kinda puts me off for the moment.

This is a great little charger. Fits in my flight bag easily for field charging and is great for charging my 2s packs while my 1500's are on my big charger.I configured the button to use 4s, 3amp rate, 4.20v. My flight packs are 1500mah 4s, and this way it's ready to charge them at 2c for for quick charging in the field. you can use your phone for other settings, the app is very nice and works well.It does support all the standard battery types including HV packs.What this charger is not:It does not have advanced functions like storage, discharge, and balance-only charging (it does balance on a full charge, however).
