When shipping over seas, different language options should be offered. The directions are in Chinese. No clue how to put it on, even with picture instructions. I'm sure I'm putting it on wrong, but nothing fits right and it's an XXL. Assumed it would e a lot larger. Not impressed by this product.

This is a 3-piece belt, which means putting it on isn't exactly intuitive. Yet, the ONLY directions provided in the package are written in Chinese Characters. How am I supposed to figure out how to use this thing???

I really liked this band. I started using it 1 week after delivery and it helped with the after pains, keep my posture straight, and with the hip pain. Its adjustable and easy to breathe in while it still holds everything in.
