Hard to find conversion thread pitch...
... but perfect for my needs. Had a metric drain plug thread that I needed to adapt to NPT thread and run a hose from it. This fitting allowed me to convert and get the job done. Great service from the vendor as well.

Works, but avoid overtightening!
Be careful when tightening this thing up, it's more delicate than you think. I wasn't turning it particularly hard, but the brass is so thin the smaller end sheared off the larger end. Ended up having to order another one.
