The speakers are very loud and crystal clear. They are a great upgrade on my motorcycle, but definitely not waterproof.

DS18 for the win
Extremely loud and clear sound very heavy well built speaker i installed these in a 2002 suburban front doors they fit great once you install these speakers there is no need for rear door speakers they fill the whole cabin of my suburban with clear crisp sound

Great upgrade for a harley
Very loud and clear. Excellent upgrade for a 06 harley street glide. Just know that the adapter ring will have to be shaved down for the fairing to close completely. Without shaving it there will be a 1/16th inch gap at the top of the inner outer fairing.I still highly recommend these speakers for any harley rider that like to jam out while riding down the highway.
