Excellent sherried casked whisky from Highland Distillery Glenfarclas. Typical grassy aromas on the nose with sherrynotes. The palate is smooth with sherried fruit cake and spice , long and flavoursome finish.

ONLY HALF A BOTTLE
When I ordered this I thought I was ordering a bottle of whisky. It is actually a half sized bottle of whisky. It was bought as a gift so I had to get an additional present because half a bottle of whisky looked really mean.The whisky itself is apparently very nice, but I think it’s over priced. I thought it was a good price for a whole bottle, but too much for a half bottle. Won’t be buying this again. I think I’ll probably avoid the seller too as I feel it should have been expressly pointed out that this wasn’t full size. I feel a bit cheated.

it is an expensive half bottle
One of my favourite whiskies but I didnt realise when buying this it is a half bottle. Not great value for money but my biggest disappointment was that I only had a half bottle of one of my favourites
