Mini 3 Track HiCo VIP Card Reader Data Collector

I say "it might" be good because I am not able to actually use the device yet! It came really fast, and everything appeared to be in the box. It powered up when I plugged in the USB cable...the only problem is that the CD it came with was COMPLETELY blank!! No software, no drivers, no instructions...nothing on it. The description says it works with all "popular" readers?? I have the MOST used reader/writer in history (an MSR206) and it doesn't connect, interface or attach to it in ANY way...it also is not recognized by Windows at all. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it arrived in 1 day like they promised and for Amazon that's a miracle!! ha ha ha

The Product disc that came with package does not work. The disc is empty, and the other problem it says is that the USB is a 2.0 and I am using a 3.0 so I must use a different USB port altogether apparently my laptop ports are all 2.0 because it still didn't work. Disc is empty there is nothing on it it should be 219 MB but mine is 0. So I will be returning item and getting the Bluetooth one. Also this has nothing to do with seller or amazon, my shipment arrived on time, and was packaged fine, it is the product itself, I personally do not believe thy are responsible also the website msrdevice.com is down, like it doesn't even exist so there is no product support from the company itself, the website is completely down, I have tried to access it from my cell phone, and other electronics that reside within the home, when you purchase, only support from amazon and they could only help but so much due to them not personally owning the product.
