Looks nice in the rack on off switch is covered no acsedental off problems

At the price and overall quality it's hard to beat for a simple rack mount strip. That said it measured a full 19-1/8" ear to ear and was to wide to fit any of my standard 19" racks,which have a width around 19-1/16". A quick file of the ear ends allowed clearance but it was an unexpected nuisance. Even knowing that I would buy again.

This has been working well in my home data rack. no complaints.

Careful here, unit fits in 19" rack but only if your rails are on the outside without any lip (which I have not seen). The ears are much larger than standard so I was unable to install it and had to return it. Also the plug comes out of the side of the side making it harder to install. It does look well constructed and a nice value though.

The outlets are spaced appropriately for wall watt power supplies that a lot of “rack” equipment uses.

Ive used better quality but if you need a rack power outlet it gets the job done.
